It represents the perfect fusion of featherlight construction and robust, reliable functionality, allowing you to focus purely on your movement. This premier QD Set is the result of combining our super lightweight KESTREL carabiner and the innovative SINGLE TECH (ST) Dyneema® SLING. The system is built around the exceptionally light Kestrel carabiners. The top carabiner features a keylock nose design, ensuring smooth, snag-free clipping and unclipping from bolts and gear hangers. The bottom carabiner utilizes a wire gate, which minimizes weight, reduces the risk of freezing in alpine conditions, and lessens the chance of gate flutter during a fall.At the heart of this set is the revolutionary ST-SLING. Unlike traditional quickdraws, this design features a special webbing construction that securely holds the bottom carabiner in the correct orientation. This innovation makes clipping the rope significantly easier, faster, and safer, especially when you´re pumped and reaching for that crucial clip. It eliminates frustrating carabiner spin, providing you with the confidence you need when it matters most. This SINGLE TECH construction also results in a significantly lower volume of webbing compared to standard O-slings, making for a sleeker, less bulky rack.Features:* Less volume of the webbing than by standard O-slings* Easier and safer clip-in assembly thanks to ST-SLING* Light-weight KESTREL carabiners* Durable and super strong 8 mm Dyneema® webbingSpecifications:* Gate opening: 20 mm* Major axis strength: 23 kN* Minor axis strength: 8 kN* Open gate strength: 7 kN* Weight: 75 g. tradeinn Trekkinn
