OAKED CHARDONNAY: Matacs Chardonnay is an elegant dry white wine from the southern shore of Lake Balaton. It is matured on fine lees to add a delicate touch of brioche, and expertly oak barrel-aged to beautifully showcase the volcanic terroir. PREMIUM VINTAGE: Enticing aromas of crisp green apple, pear, and a hint of citrus zest, accompanied by gentle floral notes. On the palate, it offers velvety flavours of lemon curd and white peach, with a subtle hint of Eastern spices that adds an exotic touch. VERSATILE CHOICE: It pairs beautifully with poultry dishes, particularly chicken or turkey. It also complements risotto and lighter pasta dishes, such as spaghetti carbonara, and pairs well with salmon and white fish.
