The pans are made of 18/10 stainless steel which is durable and looks great. It’s efficient too - the fully encapsulated, impact bonded induction base ensures fast, even heating. Use the 16cm/1.5L saucepan on the hob or in the oven, perfect for cooking vegetables, making sauces, cooking potatoes, rice or pasta. The 20cm/3.1L and 24cm/5.4L casseroles have two handles for easy lifting and can be used on the hob or in the oven, use them for making casseroles and curries or use them the same as you would a saucepan for cooking soups, vegetables and more. The comfortable stainless steel handles are riveted to the pan and will stay cool when used on the hob (provided flames aren’t licking up the sides). The glass lids have a convenient steam hole so that you can see what’s happening inside the pan without losing heat by lifting the lid. What is 18/10 stainless steel?
