Thread Lock is a high-strength, oil-resistant, temperature resistant thread sealant, Maximum filling gap: 0.13 mm, operating Tem:-54~149℃, Destruction moment: High Strength greater than 20N·m, Medium Strength 18N·m, mainly used for sealing and fixing nuts, bolts, bearings, fasteners and screws threads. Medium strength, for locking and sealing of threads below M20; High strength, for permanent locking and sealing of threads up to M36; Threads above Dn65 need to be coated on both sides to isolate the air, otherwise the threadlocker may not cure. Use Steps: 1.Keep the surface clean, 2. Apply enough thread locker to the end of the screw, 3.After applying, tighten the nut to the locking agent position in 3 minutes, wait for 20 minutes for the initial curing, and 24 hours for complete curing. Note: 1. Do not mix with metal, oil and dirt. Half-Bottle Package: The locktight threadlock in the anaerobic adhesive is a single-component adhesive. Thread locker will remain liquid when exposed to air. If it is lacking air, threadlocker will solidify. Therefore, the product is sold in the form of half a bottle (50ml).
