BRITISH MEAD - Made using the finest Honey with no added sugar. Produced here in the UK, by a small but talented team of artisan distillers, giving you that homestead feeling and high-end quality at all times. TASTING NOTES - This mead is a ‘Melomel’ (fruited honey mead) using Wildflower honey. It is wild fermented (no yeast is added – Lancashire Mead use the natural yeast present in the honey and has freshly squeezed orange juice added to the fermentation process. The addition of orange juice gives it a slightly softer and fruitier taste, making it a firm favourite with drinkers of cider and medium sweet white wines. SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS - This mead is Gluten and sulphite free and suitable for vegetarians. DRINK LIKE A VIKING - Did you know that mead was the precursor of beer?
