PRODUCER - The Lancashire Mead Company is husband and wife team Gordon Baron and Ann Farrell. In 2009, Gordon, fed up of not being able to buy pure mead (not honeyed wines), began brewing mead in his mum’s garage. TASTING NOTES - It has citra hops added after the fermentation process. This gives it a light, hoppy flavour suitable for the craft beer drinkers amongst us. AWARD WINNING: Awarded Second Best Mead Company in the UK by the Independent.
