[CLASSIC RALLY STRAP DESIGN] Our vintage leather rally watch straps are crafted with precision and are designed to add a touch of racing heritage to your favourite chronograph. In vintage rally strap style, perforations run the length of the strap, allowing the wrist to breathe and reducing the weight of the band. Available in five classic colours – black, dark brown, tan, navy blue, and red – the rich, deep colour of these straps will become more pronounced over time as the leather ages to develop a beautiful patina. [HISTORY] Dating back to the mid-20th century, rally drivers needed a watch strap that could withstand the rigors of high-speed racing while providing quick and easy readability of their timepieces. Traditional metal bracelets were often uncomfortable and prone to damage, leading to the development of leather rally watch straps. [COMFORT] Crafted from soft, smooth grain calf leather, this luxury watch strap is comfortable and pliable straight out of the box. The lining of a watch strap often goes overlooked but, for us, it's key. We used soft calfskin leather to line these straps to ensure extra comfort against the wrist, even during prolonged wear. A sleek 2mm taper, oval sizing holes, and an oversized brushed stainless steel buckle complete the sporty look of these classic rally straps. [TRADITIONAL SPRING BARS] As do all the major Swiss watch brands, we prefer traditional spring bars, which offer a more robust and secure connection between the watch case and the strap. Each purchase includes a pair of perfectly fitting spring bars and one of our top-selling spring bar tools to help you easily swap out your watch strap. [STRAP MEASUREMENTS] 200mm total length (not including the buckle). Short side: 80mm. Long side: 120mm. Thickness: 4mm approx. On a typical sized watch, these straps will fit wrists with a circumferance of 180-215mm (7-8.3”).
