Lindores The Friar John Cor Cask Strength Congregation Batch Chapter 1 Lowland Single Malt Scotch 60.2% ABV Nose: Mellow ripe banana, honeycomb, and apricot rise from the glass, mingled with a fresh pastry aroma. Fruity red apples and peaches weave through with delicate winey notes, inviting a lush, elegant bouquet. Palate: Rich dates and apricots mingle with figs, prunes and blood orange, accented by nutty almonds and waves of vanilla and cinnamon. Extremely silky on the palate, with superb balance and layers of complexity. Finish: Pleasant medium to long with sweet honey, subtle spices and nutty.
