Palate: Toasted oak frames a palate of charred French Fancies, old fruit sweets and caramelised bananas, with a lightly salty whisper of grape and melon skins in brine. Finish: Long and sweetly oaky, the finish lingers with confectionery sweetness, fruit skins and a gentle salinity.
