DRY BOTTLING NOTE… From The River Test Distillery in Hampshire comes our London Dry Gin! Our distillery is set on the banks of the River Test, hence the name! Our gin is infused with handpicked meadowsweet flowers. The floral, honeyed nature works rather well in a lime infused Gimlet cocktail. INTENSE AND CRISP… Our classic London Dry Gin is distilled with pure chalk-filtered water and ten botanicals with a rolling flavour that goes on and on. A core of juniper supported by orchard fruit and subtle, warming baking spice, with lingering notes of honeysuckle. THE ULTIMATE NEGRONI RECIPE… Enjoying a RIVER TEST NEGRONI: 75ml River Test London Dry, 30ml Campari and 30ml Martini Rosso. Add ingredients into mixing glass. Stir with whole ice until very cold. Strain into cocktail glass. Squeeze lemon twist over drink to release oils, wipe around rim and place in glass. Happy Negroni time!
