Inspired by this tradition, the Levantine gin is made from a blend of those native herbs like Za’atar and Lemon Verbena. The result is a single malt gin that captures the dynamic verdant flavours of those local herbs in a drink that’s both moreishly sweet, and invitingly herbal.
