Amazon Rye whiskey and two sweet vermouths, aged six to eight weeks, which is longer than anything else we make. One of the few cocktails that genuinely improves with time in the bottle, which is the whole argument for buying it made rather than making it. Stir over ice and strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora glass with a speared Luxardo cherry. This one does not go in the freezer. Drinks carrying Angostura do not take kindly to it. 500ml, six serves at 75ml. 35.5% ABV.
