The estate follows biodynamic practices and received organic certification in 2012 TASTING NOTE: The La Chaussynette is a blend of Grenache and Syrah. Aromas and flavours of red plum, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, tangy lime, mint, fennel, and a salty minerality.
