Mashbill Rye Whiskey, 70cl 45.2% ABV Blended American Whiskey Cask Finished

MASHBILL: Behind every great whiskey is a carefully crafted mash bill that breaks down the grains used to produce the spirit. This impeccable serve puts the mash bill front and centre - because at a whopping 83.8% rye, this one deserves to be celebrated. CASK FINISHED: Mashbill is partially finished in sherry casks that impart a rich and intense sherried flavour that makes for the perfect match with the heavy, spicy rye. The sherry casks also deliver that deep and welcoming colour. TASTING NOTES: Expect spicy rye and notes of hickory on the nose, with sweet golden syrup and buttered corn coming through on the palate. Lingering notes of oak char and nutmeg make for a delightful finish. THE SERVE: Mashbill can be enjoyed neat, over ice or in a delightful cocktail. Mix 50ml of Mashbill with 2 dashes each of Angostura and orange bitters and a teaspoon of demerera sugar for a wonderful Mashbill Rye Old-Fashioned.
