Located in the Apulia region, the estate's vineyards enjoy a unique climate with abundant sunlight, sea breeze and terroir A VIVACIOUS DRY WHITE: Lively and fresh, this wine is intensely aromatic with a bright straw yellow colour, complete with green reflections, that makes for an excellent apéritif and can pleasantly accompany an entire meal. Best served chilled at 10-12°C A PRECISE PROCESS: Made predominantly from Fiano with other varietals grown in the estate, the grapes are soft pressed before being fermented at 17°C for 5 to 6 days after which the wine is aged for about 3 months in steel and further aged in the bottle FRUIT & FLORAL SCENTS: The Àpulo Bianco presents a broad bouquet that opens with fruity and floral notes of peach, grapefruit and lemon peel that are followed by hints of orange blossom, jasmine and lemon balm EXQUISITE TASTE: The nose continues the floral and fruity notes through the palate for a pleasurable mouthfeel filled with flavour that is particularly suited to dishes made with shellfish, pasta with delicate sauces, fish or grilled white meat
