Located in the Apulia region, the estate's vineyards enjoy a unique climate with abundant sunlight, sea breeze and terroir CAPTURING THE HEART OF SOLENTO: Intensity, minerality and freshness find a balanced harmony in this still, white wine vinified from a blend of Fiano and Moscato grapes that captures the best characteristics of both vines. Best served chilled at 10°C A PRECISE PROCESS: After the grapes reach the ideal ripeness they are harvested and gently pressed, the must is separated with soft lung presses. The wine ferments for 7/10 days, rests on the lees for 2/3 months and is further refined in the bottle AN ELEGANT & FRAGRANT NOSE: This Bianco Salento showcases an alluring straw yellow colour with greenish reflections and offers elegant hints of yellow pulp fruit, white flowers and citrus fruits on the nose with scents of passion fruit EXQUISITE TASTE: The fruit and flower notes perceived on the nose are echoed on the palate creating a flowing continuity between the aromas and taste that pairs excellently with tasty Mediterranean fish dishes with dairy products and soft cheeses
