It is a rosé made from 100% Negroamaro grapes and will seduce with its subtle fragrances, slender body, and exquisite colours A DELICATE PROCESS: Negroamaro grapes are harvested with no maceration to preserve the freshest notes. The rosé is fermented in stainless steel tanks, then it is aged shortly in bottles for a delicate rosy tint and fresh taste with minimal tannins A SUBTLE & PLEASANT NOSE: Notes of black cherry and rose create a bouquet of pleasant aromas that are sophisticated and have a spiciness of pink pepper and ginger with the slightest hints of turmeric EXQUISITE TASTE: The wine weaves together a fine acidity and intense freshness in a slender body with a pleasant palate that reveals a crunchy fruit flavour with a hint of minerals on the finish which teases the taste buds
