Master Lock 480 Rotating Gate Valve Lockout - 25 to 76 mm

The Master Lock Lockout Gate Valve Cover features a Zenex™ composite body designed to withstand chemicals and extreme temperatures from −57 °C to 177 °C. It completely surrounds the valve handle to prevent accidental operation. Its patented rotating design allows easier installation in confined spaces and around insulated pipes. The center knockout can be removed to accommodate rising stem gate valves. The device can be locked with up to two padlocks and includes a “Danger DO NOT OPERATE” label for clear safety indication. Suitable for valve handles sized 25–75 mm (1–3 in).
