Master Lock 481 - Rotating Gate Valve Lockout - 5 to 12.7 cm

The Lockout Gate Valve Cover is designed to securely surround valve handles to prevent accidental operation. It fits valve handles from 50 mm to 125 mm (2–5 in) and features a unique rotating design for easier installation in confined spaces or on insulated pipes. Made with a Zenex™ composite body, the cover is tough, lightweight, and dielectric, with a center knockout that can be removed for rising stem gate valves. The device supports locking with padlocks for enhanced safety and includes a clear warning label for DURING operation control.
