Masterlock Rotating Gate Valve Lockout - 10.2 cm - 16.5 cm Diameter Handles

The Lockout Gate Valve Cover is designed to securely enclose valve handles to prevent accidental operation across valve sizes from 150 mm to 165 mm (6 to 6.5 inches). Its Zenex™ composite body is resistant to chemicals and can withstand extreme temperatures from -57 °C to +177 °C. The cover fully surrounds the valve operating handle and features a patented rotating design that facilitates installation in confined spaces and around insulated pipes. The device can be locked with up to two padlocks, and is constructed to be tough, lightweight, and dielectric for use in challenging environments.
