Mayfield Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur Sussex Hop Diabolically Delectable 50cl 20% ABV

A diabolically delectable gin liqueur, made using Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin as its craft gin base. This vegan friendly gin liqueur uses naturally and ethically sourced fresh rhubarb and ginger. The label depicts the story of the old Victorian railway line nicknamed ‘The Cuckoo Line’ with the traditional Mayfield Distilling Co. folklore tale being revealed on the bottle label in the form of a poem. A clear, pale pink colour (think Provence rosé). There is a crisp rhubarb on the nose with ginger coming through on the palate, along with the pine character of juniper and a spirity lift. The acidity of rhubarb and sharpness of ginger are a brilliant foil for the sweetness of the liqueur, while the gin base adds a lovely freshness to the lasting finish.
