Not a direct alternative to Spectra 28mm Flange: Maymom 27mm flange features a smoOTHER curvature and a longer, roomier flange tunnel to help reduce nipple pain caused by contact with the back of the flange. Due to design dIfferences, some customers report that our 27mm feels larger than Spectra 28mm. If you're seeking a smaller flange than Spectra 28mm, this product may NOT meet your expectations.
