Merguez Sausage Seasoning (350g pack makes a 5kg batch of sausages)

AROMATIC SEASONING - This aromatic seasoning will produce a traditional and colourful Merguez sausage found in Arab countires. EASY TO USE - Add 33 grams (3.3%) of Merguez seasoning and Water 50ml (5%) per kilo of meat. NO RUSK REQUIRED - As this is continental sausage, no rusk is required. 5KG BATCH OF SAUSAGES - This easy to use 350g pack of seasoning will make around a 5kg batch of sausages. RECIPE INCLUDED - The recipe on using this sausage seasoning is provided on the front of the pack. FULL OF FLAVOUR - Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Paprika and garlic are all used in this seasoning producing a sausage that packs a punch. USE WITH LAMB OR BEEF - Use approx 50% Lamb with 50% Beef. Although this ratio is not written in stone you could use 70% Lamb to 30% Beef or even 100% Lamb if you prefer.
