Amazon Premium zeolite with a grain size of 1.5 - 3 mm, can be used in any saltwater and freshwater aquarium. Has a clinoptilolite content of approx. 90% to effectively remove harmful substances. Adsorbs ammonium before it is converted into nitrite and nitrate in the nitrification chain. As a result, the nitrate content can be reduced in a safe and biological way. Effectively binds existing pollutants, such as phosphates and these can be removed via the abrasion in the skimmer or a filter floss.
