SUN AGED: From beautiful Tel Aviv, our whiskies soak up over 300 days of sun a year, the Mediterranean climate induces an accelerated aging process in our casks, leading to a deep and complex whisky. The world-renowned Dr. Jim Swan, a leading expert in hot-climate maturation, as our main consultant and first master distiller, oversaw this ground-breaking process. BEST SINGLE MALT IN THE WORLD: In 2023, our Elements Sherry Cask was named as the Best Single Malt in the World at the prestigious World Whisky Awards, fulfilling our dream of creating the world’s best whiskies. M&H FORTIFIED RED WINE SINGLE CASK: This extremely limited bottling was matured in a port-style wine cask from a high quality Israeli winery. The result is a complex, deep, and extremely rich whisky of incredible power, especially as it was bottled at the full cask strength of 66.5%abv. This whisky has a phenomenal flavour and texture tasted neat, but an equally take a few drops of water to reveal its layers of flavour. Palate: Intensely fruity with a heavy, almost syrup-like mouthfeel. Finish: Slight smoke, pepper, and blackberry.
