Mizuno Neo Vista 3 is a max-cushioned supertrainer designed for long-distance running and daily volume training. It combines high energy return with a soft and stable running sensation. The midsole features two layers: a top Enerzy NXT foam in nitrogen-infused TPU for a springy, responsive ride, and a bottom EVA-based Enerzy foam for a firm, stable base. Between the layers sits the Renewed 3D Wave Plate, which compresses on landing and returns energy at take-off to keep the running feel responsive deep into long runs. The one-piece knit upper with bootie construction provides a comfortable fit, while a reinforced heel counter secures the heel for stability.
