Mizuno Wave Rider 29 Road Running Shoes - Men's

Mizuno Wave Rider 29 is a neutral running shoe designed for daily training, recovery runs and long easy miles. It combines soft cushioning with a balanced running feel, making it a reliable choice for comfort and durability. The midsole uses Enerzy NXT foam, a lightweight and responsive material with good cushioning and energy return, while Mizuno’s Wave technology supports a stable yet smooth transition from landing to take-off. A 10 mm drop and rounded heel promote a fluid running experience. The upper is a soft, breathable Jacquard mesh that adapts to the foot and provides ventilation, and the construction is seamless to minimise irritation on longer runs.

The shoe is lightweight and soft, with a regular fit and lace-up closure. It uses nitrogen-infused Enerzy NXT throughout the midsole for high softness and energy output, and the Wave plate works with the midsole to support forward propulsion and smooth weight transfer. The outsole features X10 rubber for grip and durability, while the upper is breathable fabric (mesh).
