General description BEDEC MULTI SURFACE PAINT MSP is a versatile, water-based paint known for its outstanding flexibility, which helps resist flaking and peeling. It can be applied over most other paints and varnishes, including weathered Tar Varnish, Bitumen, and Creosote. This non-yellowing paint is easy to clean up with water and is suitable for a wide range of surfaces.
