Seaside lights are especially suited to withstand wind, water, sand and salt and can therefore be safely used in coastal areas. The lights are produced in different materials and it is important to be aware of which material you choose. Seaside models in galvanized steel may have small imperfections in the zinc treatment - and Seaside models in copper and brass, for example, will patinate naturally over time. However, it's important to point out that neither unevenness nor patination will affect the durability and lifespan of the lamp."
