This Old Particular release captures Arran in single-cask form. FROM ONE SINGLE BOURBON BARREL - 258 BOTTLES - Drawn entirely from one ex-bourbon barrel (ref. DL20854), this is a genuine single-cask bottling. Where the official Arran range is married from multiple casks for consistency, this Old Particular captures the character of one cask alone. Just 258 bottles worldwide. NATURAL STRENGTH 48.4% ABV - Bottled at natural strength, with no colouring and no chill-filtration. Single-cask Island Scotch presented exactly as it rested in the cask - nothing added, nothing taken away. TROPICAL FRUITS, VANILLA & BARLEY SUGAR - A nose of heaps of tropical fruits, with papaya and mango married with vanilla buttercream. A juicy, mouth-coating palate of apricots and cream topped with delicate barley sugar. A long finish of bright fruity notes with a touch of cinnamon.
