Cardhu is rarely available as an independent single cask bottling. FROM ONE SINGLE CASK - 367 BOTTLES - Drawn entirely from one refill hogshead (ref. DL18175), this is a genuine single-cask bottling - where the official Cardhu range is married from multiple casks for consistency, this Old Particular captures the character of one cask alone. NATURAL STRENGTH 48.4% ABV - Bottled at its natural strength, with no colouring and no chill-filtration. A more characterful, more individual presentation than the official Cardhu range - exactly as it rested in the cask, nothing added, nothing taken away. CLASSIC FRESH SPEYSIDE - A nose of fresh green apple, apricot jam, cereal and orange zest. A palate of mouth-watering nectarine mingled with cinnamon and buttery, sweet pastry. A distinctive finish of cream-filled donuts balanced by citric tang and lingering white pepper.
