Johnsmas, meaning 'mid-summer' in Old Orcadian (the language once spoken on the Orkney Islands) represents the enjoyment of Orkney's Summer. Hand-picked rose petals and heather flowers from the hills create a floral bouquet of flavour, with tangy citrus from Seville oranges, uplifting hand-picked mint and many other complimentary botanicals forming this fresh hand-crafted gin.
