Osmo Country Colour 750ml Nordic Red 2308

Osmo Country Colour is an opaque, natural oil finish for exterior joinery that combines the benefits of oil with the look of paint. It provides a microporous, breathable coating that won’t crack, peel or flake and hides the natural wood grain. The product is ready to use, requires no thinning, and is designed for two coats with a typical coverage of 26 m²/L per coat. It is suitable for exterior wood surfaces and helps reduce wood swelling and shrinkage when properly applied. For best results, apply the first coat to all sides before installation where possible and ensure the wood is clean, dry and frost-free (moisture content max. 20%). Always perform a trial application on unfamiliar surfaces to assess the finished look, as surface results depend on wood condition and other factors.

Usage and preparation

Exterior wood surfaces should be clean, dry and frost-free (moisture content max. 20%). Stir well before use and do not thin. If possible, apply the first coat to all sides before installation. Clean old microporous stains; remove old paints and lacquers completely. A trial application is recommended for unfamiliar surfaces, as results depend on wood condition.

Wear a dust mask during sanding works.
