Lightly pigmented and satin, the Osmo UV Protection Oil Tints in Cedar offers a natural oil-based, microporous finish that won’t crack, flake, peel or blister. Designed to resist weathering and fading, it provides a tinted colour while protecting against greying for vertical joinery such as windows, doors, cladding and fencing. The product delivers UV protection factor 12 compared with untreated timber, and is breathable to help regulate moisture.

This professional-grade exterior wood oil is easy to apply, maintain and renovate. It helps reduce wood swelling and shrinkage, and resists algae, mildew and fungal growth. With a microporous finish and biocides, it provides durable protection against mould and weathering, while preventing bending, warping and other timber movement. The formulation is solvent-based with a high VOC content and is suitable for use on vertical surfaces to maintain the natural look of timber.
