General description CIP (Corrosive Inhibiting Primer) is a rust-inhibiting primer designed for extreme conditions. It features anti-corrosive properties from Owatrol Oil, allowing it to penetrate deep into surfaces, driving out moisture and air to create a stable layer. This primer is suitable for both new and rusted surfaces, can be applied on horizontal and vertical surfaces, and is compatible with single and 2-pack paints. Its brick-red pigmentation enhances protection and film-forming qualities, making it ideal for use in marine and tropical environments.
