A tasty seasoning packed with Indian spices to create a fragrant pasanda curry. Use this with chicken, beef or lamb for an authentic taste. Simple, easy to follow recipe, serve up a traditional Indian feast at home! Add 700g chosen meat to a bowl with 100ml natural yoghurt and 20g pasanda seasoning, mix well and marinade for at least 20 mins. Heat oil in a pan and ad a cinnamon stick, chopped onion and garlic and cook until soft, add the remaining spices and cook for 1 minute. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes, remove from the heat, remove the cinnamon stick and blend. In a separate pan, cook the meat for around 5 minutes until sealed, add the curry sauce and a dollop of almond paste and simmer for a further 10-15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through. Serve with rice, fresh coriander, naan bread and a dollop of yoghurt.
