Penderyn Peated is a single malt Welsh whisky bottled at 46% ABV in a 70 cl presentation. It begins life in ex-bourbon barrels before finishing in peated Islay casks, imparting a medium peaty character to its delicate, light-golden spirit. Non-chill-filtered and kosher-certified, this expression balances Welsh fruitiness with smoky depth. TASTING NOTES – Nose, it introduces itself with sweet, aromatic smoke, underpinned by signature notes of vanilla, crisp green apple and bright, refreshing citrus. TASTING NOTES – Palate, An array of gentle flavours tempts even the most sophisticated palate, weaving subtle smoke through layers of vanilla sweetness and orchard fruit nuances.
