100% AGAVE – An Artisanal Espadín & Madrecuishe Mezcal from Miahuatlán in Southern Oaxaca. HAND-MADE – Pensador is produced by hand from local, natural agave. No chemicals, foreign yeasts, or electrical equipment are used in the process. SMALL BATCH – Our mezcaleros produce tiny batches using low heat, and long fermentation, creating a mezcal of exceptional purity. TASTING NOTES – Roasted apricot, cacao, and gentle smoke, bottled at a spirit warming 48%ABV. ELEVATED EXPERIENCE – Artisanal mezcal is a stimulating drink, perfect for long nights with good company. COMMUNITY PROJECTS - We donate 10% of proceeds from each bottle sold to community projects to help people living in the deprived rural areas where our mezcals are made.
