Our aluminium foil butyl tape is impermeable, diffusion-resistant, oil- and waterproof, self-adhesive, permanently elastic, non-shrinking and UV-resistant. Characteristics: shearing resistance 43 N/cm², adhesion 50 N/25mm, tenacity 9%, temperature resistance -40°C up to +80°C, optimum adhesion at >15 °C The aluminium butyl tape is ideal for rain pipe, roof and façade insulation and as a waterproofing tape / roof repair tape for window, caravan and housetops. The butyl rubber aluminium flashing tape is self-fusing and adheres to many surfaces and materials such as glass, concrete, metal, plastic, wood, stone and bitumen.
