Amazon HAND-FORAGED PINE: Scots pine needles, foraged by hand in Fife, give this gin a fresh, resinous, distinctly Scottish character you won't find in a standard juniper-led gin. MADE IN-HOUSE IN TAYPORT: Distilled start to finish in small batches on the Fife coast — very few Scottish gins are made entirely in-house like this. GREAT TASTE 3-STAR: Awarded 3 stars by the Guild of Fine Food (2021) and 90/100 by the IWSC (2021) — judged on flavour, not marketing. HOW TO SERVE: Built for a G&T with a good tonic and a twist of lemon; equally at home in a Martini or a gin-based cocktail. MADE RESPONSIBLY: Spent botanicals are composted, and across the distillery spent grain is recycled into renewable gas at a neighbouring Fife farm.
