A traditional Scottish Lorne (square sausage) seasoning with added onion. A premium blend of spices and onion flavour created to give the perfect authentic onion lorne taste. Use 25g seasoning per 1kg minced meat, does not include rusk. This pack will make 10kg of sausages. Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative! Simply add this seasoning to rusk, minced meat & water. No need to fill into a skin, this sausage is traditionally shaped as a square slice. The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the sausage. Leave sausage meat in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat. Shape using a lorne tin and slice.
