After years of effort, the estate has been restored to its original splendour to produce extraordinary wines IDEAL FOR VINES: Principi di Butera covers 320 hectares with 170 planted with vines. The vineyards, nurtured with a coastal breeze, enjoy idyllic conditions for growing a variety of local grapes, used to create wines filled with sunshine SURYA BIANCO: Harvested with the right degree of ripeness, Insolia and Chardonnay grapes are gently pressed. The musts ferment separately and remain on the lees for 6 months. After blending, the wine is further refined in the bottle for a few months FRESH WITH GREAT ACIDITY: A dry white blend with a broad nose showing hints of white flowers and exotic fruit, it has a harmonious flavour with a balance between acidity and structure.
