Full Islay flavour, exactly as it rested in the cask - nothing added, nothing taken away. CLASSIC BOWMORE PEAT CHARACTER - A nose of subtle spice with chimney soot, opening into mocha and cereal. A distinctly phenolic palate with piquant pepperiness and burnt toast. A long finish of coal dust and peat smoke, threaded with vanilla, flamed citrus and honey.
