A rare independent single cask expression of a distillery best known for its Classic Malts range. FROM ONE SINGLE REFILL HOGSHEAD - 395 BOTTLES - Drawn entirely from one refill hogshead (ref. DL21014), this is a genuine single-cask bottling - where the official Glenkinchie range is married from multiple casks for consistency, this Provenance release captures the character of one cask alone. Just 395 bottles produced worldwide. NATURAL PRESENTATION - Bottled at 46% ABV, with no colouring and no chill-filtration. A more characterful, more individual presentation than the official range - full flavour, exactly as the distiller intended. BRIGHT, FRESH & UNMISTAKABLY LOWLAND - A nose of summer straw and floral notes opening into barley sugar and honeysuckle. A thick, creamy palate of cereal sweetness, light toffee and poached pears in buttery pastry. A long finish of lemon rind, ripe green apples and gently spiced oak.
