And she doesn´t like having a strawberry head, like her mother´s. The comic starts with Strawberry´s admission to the hospital: she is in a coma and suffers from a strange type of amnesia. The story then begins to unfold on two levels: the reality of the hospital room where Mother Strawberry watches over her daughter, and the chaotic inner world of Strawberry, which mixes real memories with fantasies. Through Strawberry´s coma, we discover her teenage concerns, the search for identity, sex, the conflicting yet close relationship with her mother... Clara-Tanit handles a plurality of graphic and emotional registers. Sweet and funny scenes, cruel and desperate ones. Wide illustrations with a surrealistic tone, experimentation and graphic games when she moves from the plane of reality to that of dreams and fantasy.
