Ramsbury then distil it through their 43 plate copper still, creating a base spirit that gives the gin an incredibly smooth texture. The spirit is distilled again with nine botanicals - juniper, fresh quince, cinnamon, liquorice, oris root, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel, coriander and angelica FLAVOURED GIN: Ramsbury Single Estate Gin is fruity and sweet with a floral tone.
