The SB Components Pico H Starter Kit contains a Raspberry Pi Pico H board - the RP2040-powered microcontroller with pre-soldered pin headers - plus a 400-point breadboard, 30cm Micro USB cable, and jumper wires. No soldering required. Connect via the included Micro USB cable and begin coding with MicroPython or C/C++. Compatible with MicroPython, CircuitPython, and C/C++ - works on Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, and Linux with no additional drivers. Note: this kit contains the Pico H variant with pre-soldered headers, not the Pico W (wireless). If you need Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, the Pico W is a separate product. Not compatible with Pico W-specific HATs or wireless expansion boards. Getting started - three steps: (1) Connect the Pico H to your PC via the Micro USB cable; (2) Download and install Thonny IDE; (3) Drag and drop the MicroPython firmware .uf2 file onto the Pico drive - it appears as a USB storage device. A full beginner guide and pinout diagram is available from SB Components. Processor: RP2040 Dual-Core ARM Cortex-M0+ at up to 133 MHz | Flash: 2MB QSPI | RAM: 264KB SRAM | GPIO: 26 pins | Interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART, PWM, ADC | USB: Micro USB. Package contents: 1x Pico H with pre-soldered headers, 1x 400 tie-point breadboard, 1x 30cm Micro USB cable, 1x jumper wire set.
