TOTALLY BREATHABLE & WATER-BASED - A fully breathable impregnating render & masonry sealer, for all porous rendered and masonry surfaces. Free from solvents & VOCs so low odour and rapid drying. Suitable for new renders and masonry & also historic or listed buildings. WATER PROOFS FROM WITHIN - Impregnating sealers penetrate the surface of the render/masonry without forming a film or lacquer. Highly resistant to rainwater, UV light, damp, dirt, grime, organic growth & carbon deposits from pollution. THE TREATED SURFACES RETAIN AN UNALTERED APPEARANCE - This sealer will not alter the appearance of your render or masonry. Your render or masonry will still retains its pre-sealed appearance. The purpose of the sealer is to protect your render without altering its colour or finish. It does not create sheen, shine or colour change. ONE APPLICATION - Apply once - For more porous surfaces apply a lighter overspray approximately 40 minutes later. Apply at 1 litre to 5m2 with a simple pump-up low-pressure sprayer or masonry roller. Adjust based on the porosity of the render – older renders will absorb more product. PERFECT FOR: Modern renders like K-Rend, silicone renders, general monocouche renders & older general sand & cement renders. Also suitable for natural stone, sandstone, granite, slate, lime pointing, flints, limestone, brick work, concrete & much more. Does NOT restrict breathability so suitable for historic or listed buildings. If the surface is porous this sealer can be applied to it to repel rainwater, damp and organic growth.
