Fromage is a connoisseur game with unusual, immersively implemented theme of cheese production in early 20th century France Played quickly without long waiting time thanks to simultaneous worker placement. Strategic depth through different lengths of workers (1-3 moves). Players make hard, soft or blue cheese and collect resources from the quadrant of the game board that is facing them. Once all players have placed their workers, the game board rotates, causing the cheese to mature and each one gets a new quadrant with different bet and scoring options. In the end, whoever has scored the most prestige points in the four quadrants Bistro, Festival, Cities and Cheese Shop wins. Since all players are at the same time, Fromage condenses the playing feel of a highly strategic Eurogame to just 40 minutes.
