The base of each pan features tri layering technology; a copper core sandwiched between layers of 18/10 and 18/0 stainless steel. This allows for even and efficient heat distribution across the whole base, eliminating hot spots during cooking. PFOA FREE - The Campden 24m and 28cm Frying Pans, 2.2L Sauciere/Milk Pan and 4.3L Casserole Low feature a reinforced and extremely durable. PFOA free and industry standard compliant across the globe. SUITABLE FOR ALL COOKING METHODS - Rapid response to temperature changes during cooking on gas, electric and induction methods. Oven safe up to 250°C, ideal for finishing dishes and to keep food warm.
